Abu Dhabi, UAE — The 14th edition of the International Real Estate & Investment Show (IREIS 2025) opened today at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), setting the stage for one of the largest gatherings of property investors and developers in the region. According to industry data, the total value of active urban development projects in Abu Dhabi has surpassed US$758.79 billion, reinforcing the emirate’s position as a global real estate powerhouse.
The exhibition, running from September 12–14, 2025, brings together more than 2,000 investors, 35 exhibitors, and international experts to explore the UAE’s Dh1 trillion property market. Participating developers, including Reportage, Danube Properties, Object 1, Dugasta Properties, Meta Homes, and Dia Properties, are offering exclusive on-site booking discounts of up to 20%, making IREIS 2025 a prime venue for buyers and investors to secure high-value deals.
Industry reports show that urban construction projects alone account for US$221.56 billion of Abu Dhabi’s development pipeline, with additional investments spread across oil and gas (US$595.67 billion), transport (US$238.01 billion), industry (US$151.36 billion), and utilities (US$130.29 billion).
Residential supply is also expanding rapidly, with 2,400 units already delivered in 2025 and 10,400 more expected by year-end. Over 11,000 units are scheduled for completion in 2026, reflecting a robust development pipeline that caters to the emirate’s growing population and investor interest.
Arun Bose, Director of IREIS, said:
“This year’s edition underscores Abu Dhabi’s evolution as a global hub for real estate investment. The scale of participation and quality of discussions at IREIS 2025 prove that the emirate is not just attracting capital but shaping the future of real estate. From smart cities to tokenized assets, innovation, regulation, and investor confidence are coming together here to redefine the market.”
The Abu Dhabi real estate market continues to show remarkable strength, with real estate transaction values climbing 39% year-on-year to Dh51.72 billion in H1 2025, up from Dh37.2 billion in the same period of 2024, according to Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC).
Beyond being a marketplace, IREIS 2025 serves as a strategic knowledge hub, hosting the International Investment Conference alongside the exhibition. Panel discussions are focused on off-plan demand, branded residences, sustainability, smart infrastructure, and the growing impact of Golden Visa-linked investments. In 2024, the UAE issued over 200,000 Golden Visas tied to Dh2 million minimum property investments, generating an estimated Dh400 billion in capital inflows.
Visitors to IREIS 2025 also have access to advisory booths providing guidance on property licensing, financing, taxation, and visa opportunities. This year introduces a dedicated zone for citizenship and residency consultants to meet surging demand for second-home and investment-linked residency solutions.
With record participation, exclusive incentives, and forward-looking discussions, IREIS 2025 is cementing Abu Dhabi’s reputation as a leading destination for real estate innovation and investment — creating opportunities for both local and international stakeholders to be part of one of the world’s most dynamic property markets.
