SustainInsight has officially launched in the UAE, introducing an AI-driven platform designed to give construction and real estate companies a comprehensive, real-time view of their sustainability performance — going far beyond conventional carbon accounting. The launch arrives as new climate regulations and stricter ESG disclosure requirements push businesses to raise the bar on verifiable sustainability credentials.
Following a successful pilot with the UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure in Ajman, SustainInsight is now working with major players including DAMAC Properties and Expo City Dubai to enhance their ESG strategies.
Dubbed the “Bloomberg of sustainability,” the platform serves as a centralized intelligence hub, consolidating all environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data into one system. Unlike most tools that focus primarily on emissions, SustainInsight provides a full 360° perspective, integrating social value and governance metrics to deliver insights that span the entire project lifecycle.
For construction firms, gathering and analyzing sustainability data can be both time-consuming and costly. SustainInsight simplifies the process by allowing companies to upload documents directly into the platform, where AI and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) generate reports automatically aligned with global ESG frameworks. Predictive analytics further alert businesses to potential risks that could hinder their sustainability targets.
A supplier rating model is also included, enabling companies to benchmark partners against ESG standards while empowering suppliers to create verified profiles — strengthening transparency and accountability across the supply chain.
“With the UAE’s ESG landscape evolving rapidly, compliance is no longer optional,” said Sahen Ahuja, CEO of SustainInsight. “Our platform makes it easier for organisations to take meaningful action, stay ahead of regulations, and demonstrate measurable impact.”
Based in DIFC, the SustainInsight team brings together regional and international expertise in technology, sustainability, and construction. The platform is available via annual subscription with tailored onboarding and customization options, complemented by advisory services in climate strategy, impact assessment, and corporate responsibility.
